Cream shadows are great beacuase they are applied smoothly and easily, even without a brush. On the otherhand, many brands including Revlon's cream shadows tend to crease after a while because of their texture. That is why I think that they are great for being applied as "groundwork" as you build your exotic looks on top of them with shimmering powders or eyeshadows! The powdered texture of the dry shadows will set the cream giving your look the longevity you desire along with the strong pop of color that will make your eyes look bold.
