Face:
Apply concealer that is the same shade as your foundation.
Apply foundation in liquid, cream or spray from depending on your individual needs. If you have oily skin, set the foundation with sheer pressed powder to minimize shining.
Apply bronzer to cheeks, forhead and chin as the idea is to give your skin the sun kissed appearance in the areas that the sun would naturally give you a tan.
Applying a highlighter (light shimmering illuminating shade) to the top of your cheeks, brim of your nose, brow bone and inner corner of the eye near the tear duct will brighten your face. These tecqniques will give your skin the glow that most people do not have on their own.

Nose & Cheeks:
Soft blush makes your face look vibrant and awake as long as it isn't applied in a way that is too harsh. You want to apply just enough with a large blush or powder brush. A large powder brush is preferred over the actual blush brush since it will give you better control over the amount of product applied and blending rather than the traditional blush brush which will create a more concentrated cheek.
Nose and cheeks can also be contoured to create the illusion of a slimmer nose and or more prominant cheek bones. Contouring is great for magnifying the bone structure that you already have or creating one that you wish you had. Makeup Artists have been contouring for many years to create illusions much like these. This is an easy trick that is a lot less expensive than plastic surgery and is completly painless.
Eyes:
Defined eyebrows that have intent frame your face perfectly. If you have sporadic eyebrows, use an eyebrow filler and brush to shape and blend your brows. Some use pencil which can be too harsh unless applied very carefully, so an eyebrow filler would be the best way to go. An alternative to that would be a dark matte shadow that is a shade or two lighter than your hair color so that it is not too harsh. A Mac paint pot can even work as long as it is applied sparingly with an angle brush and blended. When using this technique it is always best to start with little and add more filler as needed.
